When representing recipient(s) of egg, sperm or embryo donation we prepare the legal donation agreement pursuant to Florida Law. We provide legal advice as the rights and responsibilities under the contract. We will be in direct contact with the donor’s attorney to negotiate any issues that may arise. Once the egg, sperm or embryo donation agreement is fully executed we will provide legal clearance and any other documents necessary to your IVF physician so your journey can begin.

When representing a donor, we fully review the contract with the donor and provide advice pursuant to Florida Law. We take the time to speak in depth with the donor to ensure that the donor understands their rights and responsibilities under the contract.
