Amy H. Eichman, Esq.

Amy completed her undergraduate education at the University of Florida and received her Juris Doctorate at the University of Florida College of Law. Her focus is assisted reproduction law, including surrogacy, egg donation, embryo donation and sperm donation. Amy has represented intended parents, surrogates, egg donors, sperm donors and adoption agencies. Amy has experience in cases that include termination of parental rights, preplanned adoption, stepparent adoption, second parent adoption, relative adoptions, same-sex adoption and juvenile court. In addition, Amy has been involved in family law cases relating to dissolution of marriage, paternity, child custody and any other matter involving children.
Amy is member of the Florida Bar, an ART fellow of the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys and a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM). Amy was recognized as a Florida Rising Star for family law in the 2009 and 2010 Florida Super Lawyers magazine.
Amy and her husband are proud parents of two children. Amy’s personal experience with infertility created a passion to assist other parents in creating their family in our modern and evolving world.
